Manufactured ADUs - positives, challenges

Gary Fleisher posted this on LinkedIn several weeks ago, about the positives and negatives of manufactured housing. It has particular relevance to ADUs (accessory dwelling units); Verdant Living specializes in manufactured ADUs. Gary had to stretch to find challenges; most involve government regulation (much less of an issue in Colorado) or the need to educate the market (a huge issue in Colorado). Regardless, when it comes to ADUs in Colorado, the positives over whelm the negatives.
